Solid Design & Detail played a pivotal role in the expansion of MGC's chemical manufacturing plant, specializing in the production of super-pure hydrogen peroxide. This essential cleaning product finds application in the semiconductor industry for tasks like stripping, etching, and cleaning silicon wafers.

project Goal

The project scope encompassed multiple facets: 1) developing R&D laboratory and office spaces within an existing building shell; 2) constructing a new hazardous materials storage facility; 3) executing a B-side expansion featuring twelve tanks, purification columns, ultra-pure water systems, and utility equipment; and 4) establishing a new 50,000 SF ISO parking lot. This project showcases Solid Design & Detail's expertise in orchestrating multifaceted expansions for cutting-edge chemical manufacturing facilities.
